Tony Plana heads to Cracktown

Tony Plana is set to play an alcoholic in the new urban drama Life is Hot in Cracktown. The cast also includes Kerry Washington playing a transgender character, Mark Webber and Lara Flynn Boyle as prostitutes. The movie is based on the novel of the same name by writer and director Buddy Giovinazzo. Buddy wrote the script for the film and will direct as well. The film is due out sometime in 2008.
