Great news for Ugly Betty fans. The show has officially been picked up for a fourth season. There had been speculation and talk that Ugly Betty would be returning next season. It’s just nice to finally have official word.
Last week the crew was at Citi Field - the brand new field of the New York Mets. Betty and Matt are on a double date with Henry and his girlfriend. That should be an interesting date to say the least.
Ugly Betty is the first TV show to tape at the new Citi Field that replaced Shea Stadium. Citi Field opened earlier this month. The season finale episode will air May 21st.

I just stumbled onto an auction for a visit to the Ugly Betty set plus dinner with Tony Plana and Vanessa Williams? Very cool, that is, if I had the money.

I saw the whole Season 3 already! Especially when Henry appeared….you see Betty again in a sort of Love Triangle, again!
Common writers, give me a break! It is so unrealistic already! Living in NY with a face like Betty??? Common, I have a friend prettier, thinner and much nicer personality than Betty who could not even get a bf in NY!!!!
How can Betty have all of these men??? Yeah we know the Betty La Fea story that he ends up with her boss, in this case Daniel. THAT could be a possibility, yes. BUT with Matt I mean HELLO?! Don’t you have other ways to spice up Betty’s life other than give her boyfriends on the show?!?!
I am beginning to hate the show. I believe that there is still that silver lining of hope that one of the writers will come up with a better idea…. say…speed dating? or a guy trying to use him? or something like that….more realistic!
Walter was very okay, then Henry arrived which was still okay, then Gio, hmmm which was a bit okay, now Matt??? A gazillionaire in NEW f*cking YORK who admitted that Betty is his FIRST LOVE??!!! This really pissed me off!!!

Sad to now about the update of the series. Good show while it lasted, had they not changed the date, it would be on for a fifth season.

This is great news indeed! i had just found out about the show when people were telling me it had been canceled… i’m glad they brought it back
